The ballerina is preforming gracefully in the slow ballet dance with classical music. The ballerina smiles as she sways to music along with group mates. Some wear the pink tutus and other wear the light yellow tutus.
The girls are making the poses as they preform their Wushu(Chinese form of kung-fu) . They fought so hard on each other and makes the crowd feel like they are in action as they watching their performance.
The girl is performing her Chinese dance. This is the first time I ever seen a Chinese dance that are perform in multicultural assembly. I was so amazed as well. This Chinese dance is like the Chinese version of ballet.
This is the first time that the girl did ever bring this wooden prop that she is holding. She smiles as she dances with passion.
The student is doing their Teakwondo pose as he performs with his teammates. Teakwondo is a Korean style of kung-fu. They do some bowing in the beginning as showing the respect and they do some stunts such as breaking the boards and bricks with the hands and feet and do forms such the movements (high block, roundhouse kick, etc).
The couple partners for this bollywood dance shows a lot of movement as they show up in their matching vibrant colors of their cultural costumes and performing their rapid dancing of bollywood.
The girl is smiling as she hits the drum as like as she smiles along with her group mates. they are performing Taiko which is consists Chinese/Japanese/Vietnamese cultural drum dance which gave some banging sounds. And at the same time they combining the dance.
All in all, I enjoyed watching the performances of the variety of groups who show the school community so many types of dances. Their hard work pays off as school watch their dance. it feels like it is a dance recital.
